This children's book focuses on children's social-emotional development by helping them recognize feelings and emotions and explore ways to express them. Hopefully as they explore this book, children will distinguish the right and wrong ways to cope with their feelings, and consider their own methods of how they handle their emotions. There are even little incorporations of the weather elements that may be taken notice of through Sky's feelings.
